Missouri’s Secretary of State has posted an update of the election results for amendments 3 and 7 on Missouri’s ballot. KFVS confirmed that the votes for Amendments 3 and 7 were called to pass.

Ballotpedia defines the amendments as written on the ballot.

Amendment 3 provides a state constitutional right to reproductive freedom, defined to include abortion.

Amendment 3 was voted “yes” on with 1,377,479 votes. 1,216,484 voted “no.”

Amendment 7 prohibits ranked-choice voting (RCV) and state and local governments from allowing noncitizens to vote. RCV is a system where voters rank candidates in order of preference instead of picking one.

Amendment 7 was voted “yes” on with 1,697,229 votes and 801,936 being “no.”
