Lindenwood University added to OVC

Lindenwood University, located in St. Charles, Missouri, will become a member of the Ohio Valley Conference beginning July 1, 2022, according to the OVC.

They will join Southeast Missouri State University, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Morehead State, Eastern Illinois University, University of Southern Indiana, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Tennessee Technological University, Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee at Martin as OVC members.

Currently competing at the NCAA Division II level, Lindenwood will begin its reclassification process to the NCAA Division I level during the 2022-23 academic year.

Lindenwood will be the 24th member in the OVC’s 74-year history.
